    We provide a full property inspection, but 21 points of that inspection is just for your roof! Our inspections are usually completed within 45 minutes, and we provide you photos off all damage and areas of concern.

    one of our owners will be on site during your roof install to ensure that your roof is installed per manufacturer guidelines and per code compliance. we take no chances with your safety to ensure your peace of mind!

Each of the roofs we install follow the same process:

1. We tear down to the decking to ensure the foundation of the roof is free from damage and/or rot.

2. We install Ice & Water barrier in all valleys and around all penetrations.

3. We install synthetic felt underlayment.

4. We install starter strip around the entire perimeter.

5. We install the shingles.

6. we install hip & ridge shingles.

7. We replace all of your vents, and flashings around pipe jacks.

Roof Repair

Sometimes a full roof replacement is not warranted, and a repair can be a cost effective way to ensure your home is protected. If you are missing shingles, have a leak, and/or are missing a vent, reach out for a free inspection to see if a repair will fix the issue, or if a full replacement is needed.

roof Tune-up

Fall and Spring Roof Tune-ups are recommended to help increase the life of your roof. Extreme temperatures - both hot and cold - cause expansion and contraction of the roofing materials, and flashings, forming leaks. in addition, debris left on a roof can cause damage, discoloration, block water flow, and hold moisture which can lead to rot.

Our Tune-up package consists of the following:
